Welcome! I specialize in issues of empowerment from childhood on into late adulthood with a focus on your unique humanity - and less on diagnostic labels. I will help you to navigate and untangle your emotional knots so that you can rekindle your dreams toward living the life you truly deserve. Together, we will replenish your dignity and strength as you make lasting changes that result in your feeling better and whole. With thirty years of clinical experience (originally trained in psychoanalytic psychotherapy), I now use a transpersonal, Jungian or more personalized approach in my work with adults, adolescents and children in individual, family and couples therapy. My clinical background also includes extensive experience in expressive therapies, play therapy, and logotherapy - in addition to university teaching. I also provide conflict mediation and life coaching for adults wishing to rediscover and deepen their spiritual or professional paths. My approach as your therapist will ultimately rest upon the art of my genuine empathy for you as a person. I look forward to that opportunity!
