What's My Approach to Therapy?
I specialize in working with women who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, stress, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. If you’re experiencing difficult moods, daily stress, negative self-talk, painful past experiences, feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just discontent with your life, I am here to help you move toward feeling better. Together, we can explore obstacles holding you back, increase coping skills, identify and utilize your strengths, and empower you to make the changes you're looking for.

My Practice & Services
I incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities: Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to meet your needs. My approach is a mind-body connection for healing, increasing your daily functioning, and overall well-being. It can be hard to take the first step, but I promise you will be met with kindness, care, and compassion. Please reach out when you're ready.
My practice offers individual telehealth sessions for your convenience and flexibility. All sessions are provided on a secure, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant platform.
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation, so we can see if we are a good fit for each other. As a therapist, being able to meet your needs is the priority.
My Role as a Therapist
My role as a therapist is to help you address your concerns and work together with you to develop and work towards the goals you set to increase your overall well-being. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to help you notice patterns or shine a light on obstacles that may be getting in the way of your growth and happiness.
