My Approach to Helping
I’ve been on a meaningful journey in the field of mental health for more than 20 years now. My passion lies in helping individuals and couple’s navigate life’s ups and downs and find their way to a happier, healthier place. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse individuals and families facing various challenges like addiction, mental health struggles, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
In my work, I primarily lean on a cognitive-behavioral framework. This approach empowers individuals to recognize and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. I also have a knack for weaving in elements of philosophy, art, spirituality, and religion into the therapeutic process.
