You may be looking for help with issues that you may not be able to fully articulate. That's okay. Therapy looks different for everyone, and I can sit with you and gain insight into the problem at hand and develop a plan to regain a sense of life satisfaction that youre looking for. As a father myself, I understand the unique challenges men face to perform at work and school and be emotionally present in their relationships. Emotional issues can get in the way of these goals, and I can help you to address these so that you can be present to meet the needs of those around you and get your own needs met as well.
