I help men who are struggling with problems related to their emotions, motivation, and relationships better understand themselves and resolve the issues that lead to disruptions in their lives and regain the fulfillment that comes with healthy, satisfying relationships, confidence to perform at their best at work, in their relationships, and in life. You may be looking for help with issues that you may not be able to fully articulate. That's okay. Therapy looks different for everyone, and I can sit with you and gain insight into the problem at hand and develop a plan to regain a sense of life satisfaction that you’re looking for. As a father myself, I understand the unique challenges men face to perform at work and school and be emotionally present in their relationships. Emotional issues can get in the way of these goals, and I can help you to address these so that you can be present to meet the needs of those around you and get your own needs met as well.
