My Approach to Therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood, supported, and comfortable being yourself. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I strive to create a space where you can talk openly without fear of judgment, while also learning meaningful tools to help you feel better in your daily life. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and strengths-based approaches to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and behaviors. Together, we work to identify patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, depression, self-doubt, or feeling emotionally “stuck,” while building healthier coping strategies and greater self-awareness. I also recognize that life experiences, relationships, family dynamics, health concerns, and chronic stress can deeply affect emotional well-being. Therapy is not about “fixing” you. It is about helping you better understand yourself, develop resilience, and move toward a life that feels more manageable, balanced, and authentic. I value creating a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and collaboration. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, emotionally supported, and better equipped to navigate challenges both inside and outside of therapy.

Groups I Work With

I often work with adults who are used to holding everything together for others but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, health concerns, chronic stress, difficult family dynamics, infertility, or major life transitions.
