Welcome! I enjoy creating a warm and collaborative environment to allow you show up and the work to unfold. I am offering both in-person and online sessions. My work integrates EMDR therapy, Internal family systems, parts work, somatic techniques and other behavioral approaches to help you gently process whats been held in your body and nervous system. For those interested in bringing energy work into the counseling process, I offer openness to spirituality for anyone who feels drawn to a more holistic approach. I specialize in helping individuals who feel stuck in patterns, overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves find clarity and a renewed sense of inner trust.
