My Approach to Helping
Just surviving is a far cry from a truly thriving existence. When every day feels hard and you find yourself tethered to the past and to your pain, you begin doing whatever it takes to "just get by." There is more than that available to you and you deserve better. Maybe you’re not stuck but are just in transition to the thriving life that you deserve. I will provide the support you need to move into your best life. I am honored to work with you as you progress toward your goals. I know seeking therapy is a difficult decision to make, but my professional experience has taught me that no one ever regrets making the journey to a happier, healthier life.
In the therapy room I aim to provide a safe space for you to be real, open, and honest. Through this we are able to take a good look at where you have been and begin laying the foundation for you to get where you are going. That may include tears and it may include laughter, it's all okay in the therapy space. My approach to therapy is that you are the expert on you and I am trained to provide you tools that can help you cultivate your best life.
