I work with adults, couples, students, and families, and I have experience supporting clients through anxiety, relationship challenges, divorce, medical stressors, self-harm, life transitions, co-parenting, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and stress management. I’m especially passionate about working with adults, families, single parents, and co-parenting dynamics. In my sessions, I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic therapy, structured family therapy, and Bowenian family therapy, tailoring my approach to fit each client’s unique needs.
