What's My Approach to Therapy?
My style is warm, attentive, and collaborative, and I’m not afraid to gently challenge you when it can open the door to new insight or growth. I aim to create a space that feels both deeply respectful and genuinely alive—where creativity, curiosity, and authenticity are all welcomed—so that you can move toward greater fulfillment, connection, and a more grounded sense of self.
I work with both individuals and couples from a wide range of cultural and personal backgrounds. Many of my clients are navigating relationship struggles, co-dependency, low self-worth, intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, grief, and ongoing or chronic stress.
My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from multiple evidence-based modalities and adapt them to fit your specific needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model. My work is informed by relational psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, neurobiology, and the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy.
I hold a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin and bring 10 years of experience in clinical therapeutic settings to the work we’ll do together.
