What's My Approach to Therapy?
If you’re here, you’re likely feeling exhausted in a way rest alone doesn’t fix.
You may appear high functioning on the outside, keeping up with work, family, and responsibilities, while internally feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or disconnected from yourself. Many people I work with are navigating chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, trauma responses, or relationship strain and are realizing that “pushing through” is no longer sustainable.
I specialize in working with adults who are insightful, capable, and often the ones others rely on, yet feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, emotional overload, people pleasing, or self criticism. My clients are often professionals, caregivers, and high achievers who seek more than just symptom relief. They want clarity, emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, and a deeper sense of alignment in their lives.
My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I show up as a real person and create a space where you feel safe, understood, and gently challenged. I am not a passive or distant therapist. I listen closely, ask meaningful questions, and help you slow down enough to understand your patterns, emotional responses, and the ways past experiences may still be shaping your present.
In our work together, I integrate evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with relational and client centered care. Therapy with me focuses on increasing self awareness, improving emotional regulation, processing unresolved experiences, and developing practical tools you can use in everyday life. We move at a pace that feels supportive while still allowing for meaningful growth.
Above all, I believe therapy is not about fixing you. It is about helping you feel safer within yourself, more connected to your needs, and more confident in how you show up in your relationships and life. If you are looking for online therapy to address anxiety, burnout, trauma, or life transitions, I would be honored to support you.
