I am currently accepting new clients as young as 4. I also accept medicaid. I have been very successful helping kids with common childhood concerns from social skills, anger management to ADHD. With my kids, I use the following approaches: Behavioral Therapy: Focuses on building skills like organization, planning, and time management using tools like checklists and reward charts. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Helps kids understand their thoughts, manage emotions, and develop coping strategies for ADHD challenges, improving self-esteem and reducing frustration. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Helps with emotional regulation and distress tolerance, often in group settings.
