My Approach to Therapy
I provide warm, relational, trauma-informed therapy using eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and attachment, relational, and psychodynamic approaches. But my work goes beyond symptom relief. I help clients reclaim their sense of self, strengthen confidence and coping skills, build lives rooted in their own values and identities, improve their relationships, and recognize that personal healing and collective liberation are not separate endeavors; they are deeply intertwined.
