What's My Approach to Therapy?

You have accomplished a lot, yet something still feels off. Maybe you are going through a major life transition, feeling the weight of others expectations, or noticing that you are no longer feeling like yourself. I provide a warm and nonjudgmental space where you can pause, reflect, and begin the change you have been looking for. Together we will explore what is holding you back and work toward greater clarity, connection, and well being.
I work with adults and couples who are ready to move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. My approach draws from cognitive behavioral therapy and person centered principles to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact while keeping your personal goals at the center.

My own experiences inform my work. In my early twenties I found myself in an unhealthy relationship, disconnected from friends and family, and generally unhappy with life. Therapy helped me learn to set boundaries, treat myself with kindness, and reconnect with the person I wanted to be. I understand what it is like to feel off track and how meaningful change can be achieved with support.
Outside of work I am a husband, father, and pet parent of two cats and a dog. I understand first hand how life transitions can shape our identity and growth.

If you are ready to feel more like yourself again, reach out for a consultation. I work primarily with private pay clients and offer both in office sessions in Fort Worth and telehealth across Texas.

My Therapy Focus

My focus in therapy is to provide a nonjudgmental, third-party perspective where clients can openly explore their concerns, goals, and hopes for themselves. Together, we look at what is working, what feels stuck, and what may need attention or change. I aim to support clients in strengthening the parts of themselves they value while working through challenges in a way that feels respectful and manageable. Therapy is a collaborative process, with the goal of helping clients move toward the version of themselves they want to be.
