Men, Veterans & First Responders There is a specific kind of weight that builds when you are the one others rely on -- and no place to put it down. As a veteran and a parent who has navigated divorce and significant life changes, I understand why asking for help can feel like going against every instinct you have developed. I work with men, veterans, and first responders who are ready to look honestly at what is happening beneath the surface -- the anxiety, the burnout, the stress that lives in the body before it ever gets named. Parents Supporting Teens After Inpatient Treatment Welcoming a teenager home after an intensive treatment stay is one of the most complicated transitions a family can face. I have spent years in youth reintegration -- including mindfulness-based programs for teens -- and I have seen how much it matters when parents are supported alongside their kids. We work on the real things: communication that does not escalate, boundaries that hold, and staying connected without losing yourself. Adults Living with Anxiety and Depression Anxiety and depression do not always look dramatic. Sometimes they look like going through the motions, or carrying a low hum of dread you have learned to live around. I work with adults who are ready to get curious about what is actually going on -- using IFS, somatic therapy, and mindfulness to understand patterns, not just manage symptoms. You are not broken. You are stuck. That is a different problem -- and a solvable one.
