My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress, relationship issues, or life transitions that affect your confidence, health, or family life? Whether you're managing a blended family, dealing with body image or weight concerns, facing resistance to change, or seeking meaning through your faith, you're not alone.
I am an Associate Marriage and Family therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Work from Chapman University. My education and work experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of human behavior and the complexities of social systems, which I apply to help clients navigate their challenges effectively.
In addition to my formal education, I continuously pursue ongoing training in relevant therapeutic topics, including Law & Ethics, Structural Family Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. This commitment to professional development ensures that I provide you with the most current and effective strategies in therapy.
