Are you stressed, or feeling less effective in your work, social, or parenting life? I have 30 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Together, we identify your goals, strengths, and obstacles to those goals. We find the most helpful steps to achieving them. I work with adults, children, families, and couples, using modalities that work for you: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art and sand tray, as well as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). I have experience with mental health challenges such as attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, as well as posttraumatic stress (PTSD).
