Hi! I’m Jamie Ramsey, a Licensed Professional Counselor, based in Georgia with 15 years of experience. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as my primary therapeutic approach and enjoy helping adults overcome symptoms related to anxiety and depression. I strive to provide therapy from a strength-based approach with the goal of helping my clients gain the tools and confidence to face life’s challenges.

I am a therapist who wants to meet the client where they are without judgement. I believe that it is important to ensure that there are appropriate boundaries in the therapeutic relationship/process while still providing my clients with a safe and supportive environment that allows them to be successful in their individualized mental health journey. I also appreciate open and honest feedback from my clients.
