I’m an LPC in GA and have worked for 10+ years with all age groups in outpatient/inpatient settings struggling with depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), and suicidal thoughts. Seeking therapy is an anxiety-filled process. Whether it’s your first time or had bad experiences leaving you feeling guarded or hopeless, you deserve counseling that’s tailored to you. I practice from the fundamental belief that everyone deserves kindness and compassion. We do our best given our current situation but may make poor decisions.
