Hi! I'm James! Are you looking for a therapy experience that is different from what you see on TV or in movies? Do you dislike the idea of talking to somebody in a suit and tie? I did too. That is why I offer a relaxed, fun, and even a little bit irreverent style of therapy that encourages you to just be you. And I never wear a suit or tie. I specialize in substance abuse, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and coping skills. I am a licensed clinical social worker with certifications in the treatment of drug and alcohol abuse, anxiety, and the use of telehealth in therapy. I have been practicing since 2008.

Former clients have said my sessions are encouraging, inspirational, and "always honest" and they leave each session with a lot of encouragement to keep going.
