What's My Approach to Therapy?
I treat anxiety conditions with a special interest in obsessive-compulsive conditions, phobias, and social anxiety. I take a team approach while working with clients. I strive to educate clients on factors contributing to, and maintaining, their symptoms, while working collaboratively to make changes in thoughts and behaviors. I use evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I look forward to working with you and helping you meet your treatment goals.
