Billing and Insurance:

I don't currently accept insurance, but I can provide documentation if clients wish to submit to an insurance company for "out of network" benefit coverage

Session Fees: I believe my time is best spent where it matters most, working directly with you. For this reason, I do not work directly with insurance companies, as the billing process takes away valuable time from client care. If you wish to use your insurance benefits, I am happy to provide a superbill (an itemized receipt of services) that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan. However, many of my clients successfully receive reimbursement from their insurance providers. Please note: Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, you may keep a card securely on file for automatic payment, or you can log in to your account at any time to pay your bill online. 60 Min. What's My Approach to Therapy?

I'm Jada, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) providing online Christian therapy for individuals facing a variety of life challenges. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, grief therapy, obsessive-compulsive challenges (OCD), boundary struggles and family counseling. My approach is collaborative, solution-focused and eclectic. I tailor therapy to each person’s goals and needs. I enjoy helping clients gain insight, build resilience and move toward meaningful growth. I also weave faith into the therapeutic process for individuals who would like to integrate their beliefs into counseling. I specialize in treating survivors of narcissistic abuse. Whether clients are currently experiencing narcissistic abuse or suspect they are in a relationship with someone who is narcissistic, I provide relationship therapy, support, care and accountability. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is an essential catalyst for change. I strive to encourage, support and challenge my clients throughout the counseling process. I trust my clients’ ability to overcome, heal and grow from their experiences. I value being there along the way.

My Therapy Focus

As a counselor, I love what I do and care deeply for the people I work with. My faith is an important part of who I am, and it guides me as I walk alongside clients in their journey toward healing. I believe trust is at the heart of the counseling relationship, and I strive to create a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I value helping and caring for others, and I consider it a privilege to witness growth and transformation in my clients? lives. Nothing is more meaningful to me than seeing someone find peace, clarity, and renewed strength as go through the counseling process.

Groups I Work With

  • I work with adults ages 18–75 who are navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions and relational challenges. My specialty is clinical Christian counseling, an approach that thoughtfully integrates evidence-based therapeutic practices with a biblical worldview. I believe that while clinical symptoms are real and significant, they are best understood and addressed through the lens of Scripture. I seek to help clients explore the deeper patterns, beliefs and spiritual dynamics that may be contributing to their distress. This often includes examining underlying issues related to identity, pride, brokenness and the impact of sin within a compassionate, grace-centered framework. I do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I draw from a range of clinically sound modalities while taking time to understand each client’s unique story, values, and goals. From there, I tailor the therapeutic process to support meaningful, individualized growth. My aim is to facilitate lasting healing and transformation, honoring the whole person: mind, body, and spirit, while helping clients align their lives more fully with truth, purpose, and their relationship with God.
