I work with adults ages 1875 who are navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions and relational challenges. My specialty is clinical Christian counseling, an approach that thoughtfully integrates evidence-based therapeutic practices with a biblical worldview. I believe that while clinical symptoms are real and significant, they are best understood and addressed through the lens of Scripture. I seek to help clients explore the deeper patterns, beliefs and spiritual dynamics that may be contributing to their distress. This often includes examining underlying issues related to identity, pride, brokenness and the impact of sin within a compassionate, grace-centered framework. I do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I draw from a range of clinically sound modalities while taking time to understand each clients unique story, values, and goals. From there, I tailor the therapeutic process to support meaningful, individualized growth. My aim is to facilitate lasting healing and transformation, honoring the whole person: mind, body, and spirit, while helping clients align their lives more fully with truth, purpose, and their relationship with God.
