What's My Approach to Therapy?

I work with spiritually oriented and intuitive beings who are navigating periods of awakening, identity transition, and meaningful inner change. These seasons can feel expansive, disorienting, or both — especially when old roles no longer fit and something deeper is asking to be integrated. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and depth-oriented. I integrate emotional processing, body awareness, and insight to support not only understanding, but embodied transformation. Many of the individuals I work with are perceptive, sensitive, and thoughtful — often high-functioning outwardly while internally moving through anxiety, depression, grief, self-doubt, and questions of self-worth. Spiritual emergence can illuminate truth, but it can also surface vulnerability. Therapy becomes a grounded space to slow down, clarify, rebuild self-trust, and strengthen your internal foundation while remaining anchored in everyday life.

My Practice & Services

I specialize in working with individuals who are not simply seeking symptom relief, but alignment. Many of my clients are experiencing spiritual awakening or deep personal transition and want a therapist who can hold psychological depth without pathologizing meaningful inner experience. Our work may explore relational patterns, trauma history, attachment dynamics, depression, self-esteem, and identity development, along with the integration of mind and body. Awakening can bring clarity — but it can also surface grief, destabilization, and long-standing self-doubt. My role is to support integration so that insight becomes lived stability. My style is warm, reflective, and grounded. Therapy with me is not about fixing who you are. It is about clarifying who you are becoming — and building the internal structure to support that becoming sustainably.
