There are times in our lives where we are compelled to face things that not only take our breath away, but ask us to deal with, and confront, what often feels impossible. Reaching out when you are feeling vulnerable and confused is a hard thing to do, and, from my perspective, it takes a whole lot of guts and courage. I have been fortunate enough to work with people from all walks of life, in a wide array of settings. My experience has not only shaped who I am as a person, but has informed how I work with others. This is why I am passionate about an integrative, strengths-based approach to therapy. I focus on building strong relationships with the people I work with, and view my role as something like a traveling partner—someone to walk alongside of you and help you figure out what path is right for you. At the end of the day, I want to help you find a life that feels full—to help you get reconnected to you.
