I enjoy working with individuals, family, couples, adolescence, and children. I utilize a variety of counseling techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Family systems, Structural Family Therapy, Play Therapy, and Gottman. I am also multilingual, speaking Russian and Ukrainian fluently in addition to English. As a therapist, I believe that everyone can benefit from having a safe space to process one's own thoughts and lead their life in a way to improve their overall self being.
