Licensed and trained as a clinical psychologist and a Marriage Family Therapist, I have worked with both individuals and couples for over forty years. My approach is collaborative, helping develop insight into unconsciously held beliefs as well as generating strategies to cope with the stresses and challenges of life. I have an interest in both long and brief psychotherapy, depression, the anxiety spectrum, graduate student population, and relationship issues.

I offer an initial free consultation by phone and am available for appointments Monday - Friday. My fee ranges from $100-$250

As an experienced Psychologist, I understand how difficult it is to break patterns that persist in our lives. Working collaboratively, it is important to identify and understand the underlying motivations that drive behavior so that choices can be made in order to create constructive outcomes. Understanding what triggers behavior is often helpful as well. Exploring, understanding, identifying, and strategizing together is an important part of our work together.
