What's My Approach to Therapy?

I am a mental health therapist focusing on relationship therapy and couples therapy. Whether you’re feeling stuck in your relationship, seeking couples therapy, overwhelmed by anxiety, or unsure of your next steps, my goal is to create a calm, supportive space where we can make sense of what’s going on together. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as you are while feeling truly seen, heard and understood. Working with me is active and engaging. It won’t feel distant or overly formal. We’ll have real conversations and stay present with what’s coming up in the moment. There will be times we sit with hard things. There will also be moments of lightness and even laughter along the way. Both are important. In our work, I help you slow things down so we can understand what’s really happening beneath the surface, especially in your relationships or in patterns that keep showing up in your life. Together, we’ll explore the deeper emotions and needs driving those patterns and begin creating new ways of responding that feel more connected, confident and true to who you are. I take a collaborative and honest approach to therapy. I’ll meet you with warmth and care while also gently challenging you when needed so you can move out of feeling stuck and into meaningful, lasting change. My hope is that through this process, you feel more grounded, more secure in your relationships and more confident navigating life’s challenges. I am supervised by Natalie Land.

My Practice & Services

I see clients using insurance through my associated practice. I also offer private pay and reduced-rate sessions through my private practice, and I provide super bills for out-of-network clients. I’m happy to help you find the option that works best for you.

My Role as a Therapist

My role as your therapist is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to explore, and gently challenged enough to grow. I?m here to help you make sense of what you?re feeling, understand the patterns that keep you stuck, and guide you toward new ways of relating to yourself and others.
