I am passionate about helping women navigate their way through life, and particularly love to help with attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), self-esteem, confidence, communication skills, relationship challenges, perfectionism, and aligning with values-based living. I am committed to being a warm supporter, walking alongside you as you make positive changes to create a fulfilling life.
I'm a lover of holistic, multi-therapeutic approaches and often draw from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and attachment-based therapy approaches.
