I weave together mind-body modalities to address the deep roots of emotional pain and inner conflict. With a strong focus on working with clients of multicultural identities, I honor the complexity of each person's lived experience, creating a safe and inclusive space where cultural context, personal history, and inner wisdom are all recognized as vital parts of the healing process. I am trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), psychedelic somatic interactional psychotherapy (PSIP), Internal Family Systems (IFS) level 1, and hypnotherapy. I utilize integrative and holistic mind-body approaches to facilitate healing. My healing approach centers on identifying, utilizing, and enhancing your unique strengths, empowering you to achieve your goals. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapist and passionate about working with culturally diverse clients.
