I support clients in releasing shame, self-sabotage behaviors, and limiting beliefs by enabling them to build expansive and authentic connections with themselves and others. Or perhaps you know why you are the way you are, but the knowledge is dry and unsatisfying; a deeper, cathartic understanding still eludes you. Yet you remain encouraged and continue searching, in the hopes that it has stopped somewhere waiting for you. I take a collaborative, relational approach with clients, specializing in working with those who integrate the impacts of relational injury on their psyches and relationships. Using a bespoke application of modalities ranging from DBT to parts work to depth psychology, we observe patterns of thought and behavior as they enter the room with us.
