It can take a lot of pain and courage to take the step to reach out to a Therapist. I create an environment of acceptance, compassion, and curiosity to foster the connection we need for the healing to begin. Life can be troubling. The events and losses can be hard to integrate and make sense of without the chance to process and grieve them with someone who helps you feel the feelings, see patterns, identify your strengths, develop relevant skills, and plan the way forward. This is just as true for relationships which can get stuck in cycles of disagreements or poor communication when changes or misunderstandings haven\'t been worked through.
