We, at Bridging Hope Counseling, understand counseling isn't everyone's favorite place to be. Our approach allows you to be more comfortable working with us. We want to make sure you can get you the tools and solutions you need. We am here for you and your family. We provide individual, couples counseling, family therapy, sand tray, and play therapy. We run DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) groups for adolescent boys and girls and adult female and co-ed adult recovery. We also offer Daring Way™ groups.
