Session Fees: Bridging Hope Counseling is a group practice uniquely small and cozy. We provide the initial scheduling, accepting most major insurances with excellent therapists. We provide individual, couple, family, and teen counseling. We also provide telehealth. We value authenticity with the therapists personally so this transfers to the work we do with the clients. We want clients to be empowered and encouraged to grow and love who they are.

What's My Approach to Therapy?

We, at Bridging Hope Counseling, understand counseling isn't everyone's favorite place to be. Our approach allows you to be more comfortable working with us. We offer a strength-based, family oriented approach with your goals in mind. If you make the choice to call us, you're already one step towards improvement. We want to make sure you can get you the tools and solutions you need. We am here for you and your family. We provide individual, couples counseling, family therapy, sand tray, and play therapy. We run DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) groups for adolescent boys and girls and adult female and co-ed adult recovery. We also offer Daring Way™ groups. We have many therapists with Bridging Hope Counseling and locations in Rogers, Buffalo, and Lino Lakes, MN. Please call for more information or to schedule with one of our counselors.
