What's My Approach to Therapy?

Do you find yourself in loops of overthinking, obsessing over things outside your control? Do you often become overwhelmed by anxiety about the future, or regret from the past, making it difficult to engage in the life that's right in front of you? If so, you are not alone. I work with those struggling with issues such as anxiety, obsessive-compulsive challenges (OCD), rumination, relationship issues, stress, and self-esteem. Together, we can explore effective strategies and find solutions to the specific issues you are experiencing. You deserve to feel fulfilled and to focus on what truly matters to you, and I believe therapy is a wonderful catalyst for this!

It’s a priority to me to practice evidence-based therapy services, helping clients navigate the complex psychological and emotional challenges of life. My approach to counseling is rooted in empathy, respect, and person-centered treatment. I would be honored to help you process difficult emotions and discuss issues that are important to you.

I specialize in treating obsessive-compulsive challenges (OCD) and anxiety using exposure and response prevention (ERP). My approach is also informed by acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and somatic principles like grounding and nervous system regulation, to support integrative healing.

LGBTQIA+ allied.
