My Approach to Helping
Who do I work best with?
I work best with deep feelers and big thinkers—people who want more out of life and their relationships but feel stuck in old patterns, anxious, or overwhelmed. Many of my clients are caretakers, creatives, and professionals who are great at supporting others but struggle to give themselves the same care. They crave space to be fully seen, heard, and understood—and maybe even to laugh a little along the way.
What is my approach to therapy?
Therapy with me is deeply human, relational, and authentic. I bring empathy, humor, and honest reflection into every session. My style is warm, grounded, and gently challenging—I won’t just nod along; I’ll sit with you, ask the big questions, and help you connect the dots. With a background in performance, service, and investigative work, I’m especially attuned to nuance, emotion, and what’s not being said. I believe healing happens through connection, and it’s okay to cry and laugh in the same breath.

Clients often say, “Why am I telling you this?” and then feel relieved that they did. Working with me feels like having a therapist who’s fully in it with you—who holds space for your pain, honors your story, and walks alongside you without judgment. I’ll meet you with compassion and curiosity while helping you gently challenge the patterns that no longer serve you. My mission has always been to make people feel better—and we’ll do that together, with insight, connection, and a little humor, too.
