Hello, I'm Heather Dix and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Colorado. My approach is holistic and client centered.I seek to meet the client where they are at with empathy and validation with a listening ear. I will be forward, honest and genuine as I work together with my client to choose the best coping tools and lifestyle habits that work for them individually for anxiety and depression, relationships and life transitions. I create a validating and safe space for all my clients no matter what they are going through. I'm genuine and soft but will challenge a client when they need it.
