My Approach to Therapy

My work focuses on helping individuals and families develop a more compassionate, self-aware relationship with themselves. Trauma, inequity, and feelings of isolation often create barriers to self-acceptance and healthy connections with others. I offer therapeutic support for a wide range of struggles, including depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), and low self-esteem, using a combination of internal family systems (IFS), Gestalt psychology, family constellations, mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), as well as ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Drawing on a variety of perspectives helps me work with the depth of the human experience and offers me an array of tools to share. I offer a safe and accepting space to all identities. I am a lifelong learner, and I honor other people’s curiosity. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, working through difficult relationship dynamics, or seeking to heal from trauma, my aim is to provide a warm, accepting space for you to connect deeply with yourself and others. I bring a variety of tools and perspectives to our work, creating a collaborative environment for healing and growth.
