Greg completed both his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health Science, with a minor in Psychology, and his Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lock Haven University. He is approved by the EMDR International Association in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Greg serves clients in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Greg uses collaborative, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness-based approaches, integrating a range of clinical theories and techniques that are best suited to meet each client’s needs and support therapeutic progress. He centers his practice on creating a safe environment where clients can build emotional resilience through self-awareness and understanding. The body and mind are connected, and Greg believes clients benefit from exploring this mind-body connection to deepen emotional understanding.
