I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) treating mental health and addiction in New Jersey. My approach is to help clients understand the beliefs guiding their behavior and emotional reactions, develop their ability to notice and tolerate emotions, and build motivation for healthy changes. I have worked extensively with folks dealing with trauma, addiction, and anxiety challenges to identify triggers and develop more mindful responses that help them grow and thrive. I focus on how trauma impacts our relationships at work, at home, and in the wider community. I am also trained and qualified to provide mental health assessments for immigration proceedings. In my work, I not only help clients build insight into their internal psychology, but also into how systems of power exist in their lives and impact their mental health.
