I believe each person carries within them the capacity to heal, even when life’s wounds have made that difficult to see. It is a privilege to sit with others in their vulnerability and witness the quiet courage it takes to begin again. My role is not to tell you who to become, but to walk beside you as you rediscover who you have always been. Together, we will gently untangle the stories, hurts, and patterns that no longer serve you, making space for healing, self-compassion, and hope to take root. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) in South Carolina, I offer a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where your voice is honored, your experiences are deeply respected, and your pace guides our work. Whether you are carrying trauma, grief, depression, relationship pain, questions of identity and belonging, or the weight of cultural experiences, you do not have to carry them alone. I believe healing is less about becoming someone new and more about returning to yourself, with greater clarity, courage, and grace.
