I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults dealing with anxiety, trauma, and adjustment issues. I seek to help clients who feel stuck find a path forward by empowering them to make meaningful changes in their lives. My approach focuses on the whole person, helping clients understand what is and isn't working in their lives, and how they got to where they are today. I am trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and I work within a variety of modalities to help clients build on the strengths they already have. I believe in helping clients build the life they want to live. I seek to help clients identify the core beliefs and baggage that it may be time to finally set down.
