Trauma and other difficult experiences can impact the way we view our relationships, the world, and ourselves. I support clients in processing traumatic experiences, identifying triggers, and reclaiming their sense of safety and joy. I work with adults, couples, and families of all kinds. I welcome and affirm non-traditional family structures (donor, adoption, foster, and blended families), members of the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and people who have had negative experiences with therapy in the past. I use somatic therapy, with an emphasis on internal family systems, to support my clients, and I bring a direct, hopeful, and grounded demeanor. My approach is client-centered, which means I believe people have innate knowledge about how to heal themselves. My role is to help you uncover that wisdom and support you as you navigate any bumps in the road.
