Francis supports individuals ages 12-65 who are dealing with anxiety, impulsivity, irritability, depression, insomnia, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive challenges (OCD). Before moving into psychiatry, she spent 9 years as a registered nurse and 4 years as a licensed vocational nurse. Francis has worked at an inpatient psychiatric state facility in Texas, a 24-hour crisis phone line, and an outpatient crisis stabilization unit in Houston, Texas.
