What's My Approach to Therapy?

Life can hit hard sometimes. Stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, and major changes, like a move, a new job, or becoming a parent, can shake up everything you thought you had under control. Even the strongest relationships can start to feel heavy under the weight of stress or disconnection. Suddenly, you’re questioning yourself, your partner, or your path, and trying to hold it all together feels exhausting. Here’s the truth: you don’t have to do it alone. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. With a trauma-informed, straight-talking approach, I bring together proven practices like cognitive behavioural therapy (cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to help you cut through the noise, get grounded, and reconnect with your own wisdom. My role isn’t to “fix” you… you’re not broken. Instead, I’ll walk alongside you as you untangle stress, navigate relationship challenges, build resilience, and find strategies that actually fit your life. Therapy with me is real, honest, and human. If you’re ready to stop just surviving and start feeling more in control, I invite you to book a free consultation. Let’s start rewriting the story together. “Being human is not hard because you’re doing it wrong; it’s hard because you’re doing it right.” – Glennon Doyle, Untamed Please check your spam folder for my response, as emails sometimes get filed incorrectly.

My Practice & Services

The name Flexible Minds originates from the idea that when we are too rigid in our thinking, it limits our ability to handle situations with ease. When our mind is flexible, we can move with, rather than against, whatever life throws our way. Flexibility allows us to better adapt and embrace life more fully. We are then able to be present and live more authentically to who we are and who we want to be. The more we can bend, the less we will break. We offer virtual psychotherapy, walk and talk therapy, somatic therapy, yoga, and mental health workshops.
