What's My Approach to Therapy?

You’ve been holding it all together on the outside, but inside you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or just plain exhausted. Maybe you’re an overthinker, caregiver, people-pleaser, or quiet achiever. Perhaps you're navigating anxiety, burnout, a life transition, or relationship patterns that no longer serve you. You’re craving space to be seen, to understand yourself beneath the roles you’ve taken on, and to feel grounded, connected, and at home in your own life again. You want support that's steady, real, and rooted in curiosity - not pressure or quick fixes. I blend structured support with emotional depth, drawing on CBT, IFS, and narrative therapy. Together, we'll untangle stuck patterns, reconnect with your values, and build self-trust. Our work creates space to explore, reflect, and grow - all with compassion, honesty, and a little humour along the way! Therapy doesn’t have to be all heavy, all the time. I offer a grounded, collaborative space where you can exhale, feel heard, and just be fully human. Messy thoughts, big feelings, laughter and all! If you’re ready to reconnect with who you Please check your spam folder for my response, as emails sometimes get filed incorrectly.

My Practice & Services

The name Flexible Minds originates from the idea that when we are too rigid in our thinking, it limits our ability to handle situations with ease. When our mind is flexible, we can move with, rather than against, whatever life throws our way. Flexibility allows us to better adapt and embrace life more fully. We are then able to be present and live more authentically to who we are and who we want to be. The more we can bend, the less we will break. We offer virtual psychotherapy, walk and talk therapy, somatic therapy, yoga, and mental health workshops.
