I work with women and parents who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from themselves while navigating relationships, parenting, burnout, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who have spent years caring for others and are now noticing the emotional cost of putting themselves last. In therapy, I offer a warm, feminist, and trauma-informed space where we can slow things down, explore patterns shaped by attachment and past experiences, and support you in reconnecting with your needs, boundaries, and sense of self.
