My Approach to Therapy

When life feels overwhelming, I know what it feels like to find yourself pushing through, doubting your needs, or feeling disconnected from who you are. Anxiety, relationship concerns, and self-criticism often reflect deeper relational and life experiences rather than personal failure. I offer a space to slow down, explore whats beneath the surface, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounded and authentic. This work is for those who want practical coping strategies and are also curious about understanding themselves more deeply. I offer trauma-informed virtual psychotherapy. As an attachment trauma specialist, my work supports clients in understanding emotional patterns, strengthening self-trust, and creating meaningful change through experience rather than quick fixes. This is a space for you to come as you are, even if it feels messy. Free 30-minute virtual consultations are available to learn more and see if working together feels aligned. Doing deeper therapeutic work can feel vulnerable and unfamiliar. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I offer a steady, supportive space where you dont have to rush, perform, or have it all figured out. Together, well move at a pace that helps this work feel emotionally safe.

Groups I Work With

I work with women and parents who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from themselves while navigating relationships, parenting, burnout, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who have spent years caring for others and are now noticing the emotional cost of putting themselves last. In therapy, I offer a warm, feminist, and trauma-informed space where we can slow things down, explore patterns shaped by attachment and past experiences, and support you in reconnecting with your needs, boundaries, and sense of self.
