What's My Approach to Therapy?
When life feels overwhelming, I know what it feels like to find yourself pushing through, doubting your needs, or feeling disconnected from who you are. Anxiety, relationship concerns, and self-criticism often reflect deeper relational and life experiences rather than personal failure. I offer a space to slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounded and authentic. This work is for those who want practical coping strategies and are also curious about understanding themselves more deeply.
I offer trauma-informed virtual psychotherapy. As an attachment trauma specialist, my work supports clients in understanding emotional patterns, strengthening self-trust, and creating meaningful change through experience rather than quick fixes. This is a space for you to come as you are, even if it feels messy. Free 30-minute virtual consultations are available to learn more and see if working together feels aligned.
Doing deeper therapeutic work can feel vulnerable and unfamiliar. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I offer a steady, supportive space where you don’t have to rush, perform, or have it all figured out. Together, we’ll move at a pace that helps this work feel emotionally safe.
