As a licensed and certified professional counselor, with experience in different therapeutic settings, I want to assist clients managing challenging areas and find ways to better themselves, being able to live more calming and fulfilling lives. I primary use aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution- Focused Therapy approaches, processing trauma, anxiety, depression, self- esteem difficulties. I would like to integrate Sport Psychology, Health and Wellness into my practice as well and working with athletes as I have a large experience in that area.
