What's My Approach to Therapy?

Greetings! My approach to healing combines an attention to the connection between mind, body, and spirit with evidence-based research. I offer a compassionate, welcoming space to explore any challenges you face in your life. I cherish your creativity and uniqueness and invite you to do the same! Together, we will work on nurturing self-worth and bolstering boundaries to promote a confident, delightful life, including peaceful relationships with others and yourself.

My Practice & Services

I specialize in substance use and addictions of all kinds, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and trauma. I utilize a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practice, somatic consciousness, and a psychodynamic approach to identify nonproductive thought patterns and behaviors that may be rooted in past traumas or abuse.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Psychotherapy can help you get in touch with your inner voice, reconnecting you with compassion, strength, and internal wisdom. The therapeutic journey can assist you with creating a life of passion, self-awareness, and kindness.
By setting therapeutic goals at the beginning of our journey we can monitor progress and make changes to our treatment plan as needed.
