I tailor each treatment plan to your unique needs and learning style, drawing from evidence-based modalities including cognitive processing therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), polyvagal theory, and emotion-focused therapy.
