Evelyn Booker is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who specializes in the treatment and management of attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), anxiety conditions, depression, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), bipolar, schizophrenia, and other mental health conditions in adolescents and adults. Evelyn earned her associate degree from Excelsior College in Albany, New York, in 2003 and was licensed as a registered nurse by the New Jersey Board of Nursing in 2003. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2017 and her Master's degree in Nursing with a specialty in Psychiatric and Mental Health from Walden University. She is licensed by the Georgia Board of Nursing and certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center to provide psychiatric and mental health services to patients across the lifespan.
