What's My Approach to Therapy?
Feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck is a more common experience than you might think. We juggle different stages of life, balancing multiple roles and responsibilities, often wondering if we’re doing enough – or perhaps even too much. You might be feeling the tell-tale signs of burnout: a deep exhaustion that isn't fixed by rest, a growing cynicism towards your responsibilities, or a frustrating sense that you're no longer as effective as you once were.
That's where some guidance can help. My role is to support you as you uncover your own insights and solutions. I provide an empathetic, non-judgmental space for you to reflect, gain clarity, and set meaningful goals. Our sessions are a dedicated space to focus solely on you and your needs. We’ll cut through the noise and overwhelm to build practical, actionable steps for a path forward.
At your pace, with no pressure or expectation.

I am a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner within the National Health Service, where I daily support individuals navigating stress, anxiety, and the early signs of burnout. This experience has given me a firsthand view of the pressures that lead to burnout across many professions. In my private practice, I focus specifically on burnout prevention and recovery coaching.
My approach is integrative and practical, designed to help you recover from exhaustion, reconnect with your motivations, and rebuild a sustainable and fulfilling professional and personal life. I draw on evidence-based approaches like Motivational Interviewing to help you reconnect with your core values and find motivation from within; Problem Solving to break down overwhelming challenges into manageable steps; and Solution-Focused Techniques to help you build a clear, positive vision for a balanced future, based on your existing strengths.
My commitment to my own well-being through regular supervision and personal therapy is a non-negotiable part of my practice. It ensures I remain a grounded, empathetic, and effective guide for your journey out of burnout and toward a more resilient and balanced life.
