Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or a major life transition. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with adolescents and adults who are looking for a supportive, nonjudgmental space to process what they’re going through and begin to feel more like themselves again.
As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), I use evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based strategies. In our work together, we’ll focus on helping you better understand your thoughts and emotions, develop practical coping tools and feel more grounded and confident in your daily life. Therapy isn’t about “fixing†you; it’s about helping you build on your strengths and create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative and person-centered. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to be open and supported, as you work through difficult experiences. At the same time, I’ll gently challenge you so that therapy leads to real growth, not just insight, but change you can carry into your everyday life.
Reaching out can feel like the hardest step, but it’s also a powerful one. If you’re ready to start, I’d be honored to support you. I offer both in-person and virtual appointments in Ohio, and I’m available on weekdays to fit your schedule.
