With extensive experience spanning many years, I have had the privilege of helping individuals navigate a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, panic, phobias, trauma (both sexual and combat-related), depression, insomnia, addiction relapse prevention, anger, and pain management. Throughout this journey, I have observed that people are deeply committed to feeling good and living fulfilling, productive lives. However, there are times when they encounter obstacles that make it difficult to move forward. In these moments, my role is to collaborate with you, creating meaningful experiences that not only bring you satisfaction but continue to foster lasting positive change in your life. As a Certified Counselor and Rapid Resolution Therapy Practitioner, I am equipped with the expertise to work with individuals—children, adolescents, and adults—along with couples, families, and groups. A key area of my practice involves supporting couples and families, while I also take great pride in assisting parents and children in overcoming behavioral difficulties and academic challenges. Additionally, I lead three annual group sessions focused on Anger Management ("From Angry to Strategic"), Marriage Counseling ("Caring for Your Marriage"), and Relationship Management ("Single and Thriving"). My approach is rooted in providing practical, results-oriented strategies that promote lasting well-being and growth.

We are currently providing teletherapy with the intention to help our clients remain connected and emotionally healthy during these critical times. Our practice has the unique advantage of combining the expertise of a Psychotherapist and the strategies and training of a Certified Life Coach, providing a unique systemic approach. We are passionately vested in collaborating with individuals, families, and couples to cause them to have an experience that is valuable and satisfying as time goes by and has an impact on others around them. We provide flexible hours and methods of payment.
